We are doing our best to get your orders to you on time. However, there may be possible delays by delivery services that are beyond our control.

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. Personalized items will ship within 5 business days and will arrive in a separate shipment.

When will my order ship?

  • Orders with standard shipping take 2 to 3 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. When choosing a shipping method, please account for these days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

How long will it take my order to arrive?

  • Orders are shipped within 2 to 3 business days. Standard ground shipping orders arrive in 3-7 business days once the order has shipped; you will be emailed a tracking number. Orders shipped outside the continental United States will take 7-10 business days.
  • We cannot guarantee when your order will arrive. Once your package is picked up by FedEx from our shipping facility in California, we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit. 

 

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your FedEx tracking number. Updated tracking information will be available the day after your order is shipped out.

 

What are the shipping charges for returns?

  • We offer a Free Return Shipping label within 10 days of receiving your order. If items are returned after 10 days of receipt, there will be a $10 return shipping fee. You may also return your order via a traceable shipping carrier of your choice. We cannot provide a return label for Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
